E101 / Something went wrong
This error is usually related to your current network environment. It may mean that your region, network, or proxy route does not support access to the Netflix region required by your current plan.
Please try the following steps first:
- Switch to a more stable network environment.
- Disconnect and reconnect your current proxy, or try a different route.
- Confirm that your current network can access both the Netflix website and the Netflix App normally.
- If the issue still cannot be resolved, please contact support and provide an error screenshot, order number, and your current device type.
D7361 Series
This error usually appears when playing Netflix in a computer browser. It may be related to the browser, system components, or playback environment.
We recommend trying the following steps first:
- Update your Windows or macOS system.
- Update Chrome, Edge, or Firefox to the latest version.
- Turn off incognito/private browsing mode and use a normal browser window.
- Clear Netflix-related cache and log in again.
- If playback still fails, try using a different browser or device.
